ABOUT ME

Non smoker. Light/non drinker. Very easy going. Good sense of humour with a youthful look on life (well I think so anyway). Went travelling/backpacking around the world starting March 2009 and kept going for 5years. Now back working in Dublin (unfortunately I cannot host right now) and looking forward to some short trips this year.

Its a brilliant way to meet new people and see the place from perspective of people living there.

Interests

Travelling and all that is associated with that (new people, cultures, customs,scenery, activities etc) sports of many kinds. Listening to music, and dont have a favorite as it depends on situation when I am listening.

Music, Movies, and Books

Love movies that make me think. Like watching European or Asian movies and old movies. Read primarily fiction books. Listen to most kinds of music depends on mood. Interested in hearing new music aswell.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hiked Classic Inca Trail to Machu Pichu, Peru
Drove jeep at high speed across Salar de Uni salt plains/desert in Bolivia, while our drunk driver was being restrained in rear of jeep.
Scuba dived in Ibiza, Cuba, Honduras, Brazil, Easter Island, New Caledonia, Jordan, Borneo, Sri Lanka, East Timor, Mexico
Snorkeled with Whale Sharks
Hang glided over Rio de Janeiro
slid down outside of volcano in Nicaragua on a piece of plywood
Rode a motorbike on my own for 17days around Jammu/Kashmir Northern India
White water rafted in Peru, Colombia, Argentina, India
Seen many amazing places on my travels and met many amazing people but always room for meeting some more.
