Hi there! I'm Raymond, a travel enthusiast from Sydney, Australia. With a background in project consultancy, teaching, and sports management, I've developed a keen interest in meeting new people and experiencing different cultures. I recently completed my Global MBA and am now embarking on an exciting journey across Europe.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've previously couch surfed my way through South America, immersing myself in authentic local experiences, from sipping mate in Argentina to exploring ancient ruins in Peru. Those adventures were made unforgettable by the incredible people I met along the way, and I'm eager to recreate that magic in Europe.

Interests

This summer, I'm especially excited about the Olympics and the Euro Championships. There's something electrifying about the global spirit and camaraderie these events inspire.

Sports and Fitness: With a background in sports management and a stint as an assistant strength and conditioning coach for the Sydney Swans Football Club, staying active is a big part of my life. Whether it's hitting the gym, surfing the waves, or going for a run, I love pushing my limits and staying fit.

Motorbikes: There's nothing quite like the thrill of riding a motorbike. I enjoy the freedom and adventure that comes with it, whether I'm cruising along the coast or navigating mountain roads.

Traveling: My travels took me through South America, where I had the chance to immerse myself in local cultures and connect with amazing people. I'm now exploring Europe, eager to discover its diverse landscapes and rich history.

Food and Cooking: I love trying new cuisines and learning to cook local dishes. Sharing a meal is a fantastic way to connect with people and experience the heart of a culture.
