Born and raised in West Wales however exploring the world is where i feel most at home. I love to do inner work and self development, writing poetry, learning about astrology, listen to talks from Alan Watts, Eckart Tolle, Ram Dass... love to think on a deeper level.

Have recently just moved back from The Philippines where I was teaching street kinds in Manila and on my time off learning to surf (so much fun) hope to do more of that.

Believe we are all one and enjoy spending time with strangers who become friends, learning and helping each other grow.
