I consider myself an Alaskan even though I moved to Providence, RI for graduate school. Absolutely love backpacking, meeting people, learning about the news/public affairs of each community I visit, early a.m. adventures, art, walking-walking-walking and more. I used to work at a hostel in Alaska and also hosted Couch Surfers years ago. Some of the best times of my life have been with new friends met through couch surfing!!
