I've stayed at airbnb's and hostels so far and LOVED them for meeting travelers. But sometimes ya just want to meet locals. I'm super respectful, clean and friendly.

Philosophy: A healthy relationship with my own mortality. We're all going to die, and there's no greater motivation than that to take hold of the present. That, and "everybody poops," is what gets me through lol.

HOSTING: There are plenty of great, trustworthy guys out there. That being said, as I am a woman who sometimes travels alone, I appreciate the concerns that come with that. So, I only host women who are traveling alone. I only have space for one person as of now.

I love having open and free conversations with people, and for a number of different reasons, that tends to happen so much more when traveling. I like that couchsurfing helps make this world better connected and feel just a little bit smaller, not only via our online interactions but our real life ones as well.

Snorkeling, kayaking and many other water activities. That being said I'm a bad swimmer haha. Snorkeling and scuba diving has always gone totally fine though. Shoutout to whoever invented fins!

Music: I have varried taste and love music. What I've listened to this week is: Alessia Cara, Beyonce, Michael Jackson, Ed Sheeran, Tori Kelly, Ray Lamontagne, John Legend, Lupe Fiasco, Destiny's Child, Tori Kelly, Justin Timberlake, Pitbull, Hozier, Adele, Frank Sinatra and, can't believe it, Justin Bieber. What do you mean?

Movies: Love thrillers rom-coms and heart-breakers.

TV: Jane the Virgin, Broad City, Mad Men, Friends, Scandal, How to Get Away with Murder

Books: Anything by Malcolm Gladwell, memoirs, some personal development. I haven't read much fiction lately, but I'm pretty random about my choosings.

Held a baby alligator

Came so close to a sea turtle while scuba diving for the first time. But it kept swimming faster away from me. From the back I could tell we were soulmates!

Started to give waaaaay less fucks. Used to give approximately 15000000000 fucks, now I give like 150. Yes, it's a lot, but it's going down people!
