About Me
If I was to describe myself in three words, they would reflect that I'm a man of appetite, aptitude, and ambition.
Curiosity and child-like wonder is what keeps life interesting. I've traveled many times, to different places and cultures, and I believe that's the most important thing to kill ignorance.
On a less serious note, I'm a confident, intelligent and outgoing man with a sense of humour, who is equally as comfortable socializing in a large group anywhere, or being at home with a select few watching movies and cooking.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I have never traveled alone, and I would love to just leave everything and everyone I know behind and explore the world without any influence that I already know.
It would be too boring to travel alone and stay in a hotel alone, so the best way is to stay with locals and get to know people from scratch, in a different culture.
Similarly, I cannot expect people to host me if I am not willing to do the same. Therefore, I will be accepting guests when I can.
Interests
Professionally:
I've been heavily passionate about business since I was a child. Business has a bad reputation nowadays. I believe capitalism can be done in an ethical way, where all parties mutually benefit from a transaction.
Currently my job is to sell business intelligence to executives in R&D, Engineering, Technology and Law. This intelligence is based on global intellectual property, so that they may understand competitive and technology landscape, find gaps for new innovation, and utilize inspiration from cross-industries.
Personally:
In London, the best things I enjoy is walking around, admiring the architecture and busy atmosphere of the city, going to wonderful bars, trying a variety of fine dining and cuisines. When I travel, I love outdoor sports and activities. I've been off-road quad-biking, sky diving, jet skiing, water skiing, paragliding, motor-boating, hiking, water rapids, kayaking, scuba diving, horse riding on the beach, and much more.

Music varies depending on the mood and circumstance. My spotify playlist is called "Mix n Match" because I have taste that spans from Hip-hop, R&B, Rap to Electronic, Bashment, Soft rock etc.
It takes me about 1 hour to find a good movie that I haven't seen already. Some of my favourites below:
Gladiator
Training Day
Saving Private Ryan
Fight Club
Kingdom of Heaven
Forgetting Sarah Marshall
I Love You, Man
Superbad
Pineapple Express
Scarface
Godfather
Casino
(Pretty much most Al Pacino & Robert De Niro classics)

And many, many more...

Teach, Learn, Share
I'm someone with a lot of knowledge, but equally just as much curiosity.
Conversations can be broad-ranging, and I'll always be able to keep up. Whether it is about history, politics, psychology, music, business, economics, art, movies, or just laughing about the irony of the world, there'll always be something to talk about.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I will be happy to spend time with my hosts (if they so choose), or to stay out of their way and figure it out myself.
I can share my experiences, insights, and perspective on life. On top of that, as an outgoing person, I can guarantee laughter.
Most importantly, I can share my manners. You will be hosting someone incredibly considerate with a lot of self-respect, so my gratitude for your hospitality will be clear.
