CURRENT MISSION

I'm currently working full time before attending school in the fall. When I'm not working I like hanging out, meeting people and learning new things :)

ABOUT ME

I've traveled to Mexico, New Zealand, Australia, Fiji, Thailand and Bali, and plan to do much more than that! I'm a workaholic, though I love having time to learn, explore and relax as well.

PHILOSOPHY

I live life first of all, for me. I can't do things for other people if I'm not solid myself. Secondly, my family and friends. My family means the world to me, even though at times I want nothing from distance from them. I can't thank my friends enough for the positive impact they've had on my life. I live life thinking that if I can help myself and help others at the same time then I'm doing something right.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I couch surfed my way through Australia, all the way from Melbourne to Cairns. It was one of the best experiences of my life. I met so many incredible people, learned about and saw so many things and had the BEST time!

Working, going to the gym, outdoor runs (when the weather permits), traveltravelTRAVEL!, going home to see my family, learning something new every day, having a quiet night in, reading good books, drinking hot tea, and meeting new people!

I'll listen to almost anything that isn't screaming at me, I'll read (or at least try to read) anything that someone raves about, and I love Disneys, comedies, action packed go-get-em movies, dramas, psychological thrillers and really, anything with a decent plot.

I think it's amazing that I'm 21 and have already started traveling the world. I hope I never stop. I can't even begin to pick one favourite thing I've done.

I'd love to be able to teach people some things about Calgary that you wouldn't normally know about. I'd love to share with them some of the experiences I've had in the places I've been. I'd love to compare opinions, jargon and whatever else we can find different about one another.
