CURRENT MISSION

2105 is my 10 years jubileum in Private Health Coaching with Rawfoods, Superfoods, SuperHerbs, Tonics , Detox and Regeneration. I finished a PermaCulture Year-Study in 2011 and succeeded for my license. I am orientating myself where to go live next. I prefer a warm country, growing my own foods and organizing Optimum Health workshops.

ABOUT ME

I come from a family of 3 generations restaurant entrepeneurs. untill 15 years ago I worked on and off in my family's restaurant bussiness. around 2000 was my latest job for a company in the high segment furniture and interior decorating bussiness. My mother was a yoga teacher and my Father an old school entrepeneur. Both my parents lost the battle with cancer.

I started 15 years ago with research into optimum health. I am coaching people for 15 years now. The first 5 years for free. a CD or a bottle of good Olive oil. These last 10 years as a professional and I added RawFoods, SuperFoods and FullBody Detox//Organ Cleansing into my HealthCoaching. I am still often surprised and amazed by the heartwarming results of my Clients. My latest study in 2010 was an intensive one year-course to become a permaculture licensed designer. I am orientating myself lately where I like to go live and work in the future. I prefer a warm country, growing a part of my own foods and want to continue contributing my Health and PermaCulture experience. Meeting People Globally and working together in fun Projects. I am open to invitations.

I hosted my first Female CouchSurfing Guest August 2014. she told me she enjoyed her visit and loved my huge and relaxed super couch.
