About Me

I’m really out-going, I like to have conversations with people. I consider myself a restless soul. I can’t be at the same place for too long. I consider myself a happy person who likes to smile. I like to read poems from poets like Neruda, Garcia Lorca and Mario Benedetti. I am really proud to be Brazilian and specially of being from Latin America (all my tattoos reveal that). I really like to know the culture of native peoples and history of the countries I visit.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love latin music like cumbia, salsa, nueva trova, mpb, afrobeat, manguebeat and brazilian songs. I love movies like "Bacurau", "Neighboring Sounds", "Tattoo", "Travel Because I Have to, I Come Back Because I Love You" and other films made in Parahyba, Pernambuco, Brazil and the Cinema Novo and, of course, documentaries.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

To me, the most beautiful thing I saw was a kid’s eye shining when they told me about their country, walking through little alleys. Walking through the streets of countries like Cuba fascinate me, and so does being in contact with their people. I think that’s what I most like to do when I travel. I work with cinema and I live documentaries, I always carry my camera, always ready to take pictures and record testimonials of simple people.

And my 6 months travelling around Latin America. the most incredible experience ever.
