Basically it's the dream platform people like me can ask for while travelling with a backpack as a home, all the while meeting people and experiencing things I never even dreamed of.

Meeting people while on the road can be kind of hard, but slowly you get to realize the Couchsurfing community is a bunch of great people willing to give more than they receive, and this always leads to meaningful, unforgettable, one-of-a-kind experiences.
