ABOUT ME

This is hard. I am 20 (edit: 22) and I do what most (22) year olds do.

My favourite (and most commonly eaten) food is pasta e pesto.

Without sounding like a pretentious d*ck I like intellectually stimulating and diverse conversations and conversationalists.

I love learning new (and largely useless facts). Probably 70% of the things I know are of little relevance to anything.

PHILOSOPHY

Erm, probably that core belief to treat others as you would like to be treated (although I am sure I have been a b*****d before I do try not to be). That just makes sense to me.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Couch surfed across part of the US of A in my gap yah. Met some incredible peeps who I would love to keep in touch with and perhaps host over in England (if they let me..)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Lots of fun. That doesn't do it any justice but is just concise enough to make me happy.

Anything and everything, music (at the mo going through a kings of Leon/John Mayer phase due to the places that I have visited), sports (football(soccer), rugby, cricket, skiing etc etc), books (classics, modern fiction, non fiction, list goes on..)

I can't do huge lists so I will try a top 5 of each in no particular order (Probably very out of date, changes very frequently)

Movies: Shawshank Redemption, Forrest Gump, The Matrix (1), The Lord of the Rings (Series), Err.. Toy Story 2. Yeah.

Music: Jeff Buckley, Stravinsky, Radiohead, Nick Drake, Debussy/Ravel

Books: Catch 22, Harry Potter Series (I'm that age..), Bonfire of the Vanities, Freakenomics, Gatsby. Must read more though.

Recently, fell off the Grand Canyon, gave a guitar to a Mexican Lady (Maria. She was lovely) and crashed the UVA freshers fair to get lots of free shiz.
