ABOUT ME

I am first and foremost a cook. Though for me, that is a just a way to provide people with good, healthy, sustainable foods - whenever it is earthly possible. I want to embark on a trip to the Mediterranean region of Europe to learn as much as I can about the European food system. I eventually would like to own a restaurant/farm/CSA in my home state of Michigan.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I can cook you a mean dinner or brunch. I can teach you many of the fundamentals of cooking and share a few of my favorite recipes and maybe a few stories.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

While I have never officially CouchSurfed through this site, I have moved across the country via couch before.
When I moved to Denver, I was only supposed to be there for a couple of weeks but the absolute beauty of waking each morning to be greeted by those breath-taking mountains was beyond me to escape from. I ended up staying for nearly 3 years

My favorite authors are Douglas Adams, Aldous Huxley, Chuck Palahnuik, Anthony Bourdain, J.R.R. Tolkien
I love the works of Wes Anderson, The Coen Brothers, Darren Aronofsky, Christopher Nolan, and Sam Mendes.
