ABOUT ME

Born and raised in Italy to an American mom and Aussie dad, I've lived all over the world, which made me the open-minded, chill, curious man I am today. My best friends might also add that I'm generous, opinionated, sarcastic, idealistic, eccentric, adventurous, organized, entertaining, creative, and that they don't really know anyone else like me.

Visiting places by being hosted by the locals makes the trip worth it regardless of the destination :)

Interests

Traveling has always inspired me, really getting to know the people, the cultures and the places I immerse myself in. Working as a translator via the web allows me to roam the world freely. Hiking, surfing, learning a new language, a new dance, a new city, volunteering on an organic farm, and the greatest pleasure of all is trying to see the world through the eyes of a new friend.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Fracturing my face while surfing a rather large wave in Perù left me awestruck, literally. Dancing for a solid week in the streets of Salvador da Bahia during Carnaval, 3 years in a row, was surely a thrill. And cuddling with dozens of Manatees in Florida was magical.

Teach, Learn, Share

I speak 5 languages fluently, so I'm a good practice partner :)
And I've been dancing Salsa for 15 years and Kizomba for a while, so I can give you lessons.
Or I can teach you to play the didgeridoo.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'll happily cook you an authentic Roman meal :)
