I'm a silly person, i like different cultures, and even more, i like people from different cultures. I've lived a little all over the world, have seen many strange/interesting/fascinating things. I studied Japanese literature in New York, and am now a cook In Paris. I love food, i love discovering new cuisines, new ingredients, new styles, new techniques.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Went to work for 4 months in a Japanese fishing village called Ajiro, cutting fish from dawn til dusk to better my Japanese.
I worked for over a year as a cook in the restaurant on the second floor of the Eiffel Tower.
