About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Finishing writting my novel.

ABOUT ME

26 years old Bolivian Monkey struggling with infinity. Cancer survivor. I’m a political risk analyst and journalist. Easy going, happy go lucky laid back dude that loves meeting new people from different cultures and assorted hidden corners of the world.

PHILOSOPHY

Being happy go lucky. Let it happen.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I heard about CS through some friends and decided to have a go at it and meet new people

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Met some cool cats here and there with couch-surfing. Hope that I can be a good host and surfer.

Interests

Music. One just gotta love music. I consider myself a goddamn musical Encyclopaedia (I’m the proud owner of a 350 gigabyte music collection that can abide it ;) ). I love traveling and meeting new people, and different cultures from all parts of the world. To sum things up I love cooking, music, literature and politics.

Music, Movies, and Books

Mostly all kinds of music, but specifically experimental, psychedelic, alternative. Current favourite artists are the war on drugs, future islands, tinariwen, ali farka toure, beach house, jon hopkins, run the jewels, sufjan stevens, tame impala, sixto rodriguez, mac de marco, thee oh sees, etc.

ohh books how I love them. I’m very keen with the beatniks and a couple of lunatics like hunter s thompson and bukowski and hemingway. Of course Fitzgelard, Conrad, Murakami, Pamuk. Some poets like ee cummings. ; etc etc etc..

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was stranded (without gas) in the middle of a salt desert at 3 am, no car or civilization on sight, during winter at -20 C. I only had 4 cigarettes, a bit of scotch. Oh!! and the sky was beautifully decorated with stars. Just me, the driver, and a pack of wild lamas lurking around the car. Aka… What a life!! What a beautiful sight.

Teach, Learn, Share

my all time secret chilaquiles recipe, music, politics, a few super cool gin cocktails, the art of procrastination and monkey business.

Countries I’ve Visited

Chile, Ecuador, Peru, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In

Bolivia, Mexico
