About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Grow my gratitude for life. Build depth and connection with the people and creatures around me. Plaaaay. Grow in my capacity to know what it means to be liberated and support that process for people around me.

ABOUT ME

Let's see...well, I live in Seattle and take as many outdoor adventures in this Northwest Paradise as I can. There is SO much to explore here! I currently work as a nature based mental health/ trauma therapist. I also enjoy leading wilderness trips with youth and adults. I live in an queer collective home with 3 other people, a cat and a pup.

PHILOSOPHY

Enjoy life.
Feel the sacredness of existence.
Fight for others to be able to experience that sacredness and enjoyment too.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have done my fair share of CS traveling on a road trip across the U.S. I have hosted a few people in my home in Seattle, WA and look forward to hosting more.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Doesn't CS make you feel a bit better about the heart of humanity? I met many fine folks on my road trip across the states and am very grateful for the experiences.

Teach, Learn, Share

To share: I could give gardening and farming tips. Also, I enjoy hearing other's personal stories and a work as a therapist. I like to share games and could chat about group facilitation. I also know about backpacking. I can also give some good advice for places to visit in WA state.

I love to learn about most anything. I am particularly interested in learning new dances, foraging, travel tips (especially for people on a small budget), how to cook Italian food, ...fun and adventurous activities!
