ABOUT ME

Hey I'm Alex and my story began in Aachen. But that's a long story and I don't want to bore you about that. The last years I moved a lot for my studies. What I appreciated the most, were the people in any town who invited me to join their experiences.

I am a person which can be very calm, attentive and listening at one time and with a head full of ideas, enthusiastic about this wonderful moment at another time.

PHILOSOPHY

My personal philosophy is not considered yet. Everyday I think over it, and what I feel is that I live.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Now, there is a time where I use couchsurfing more as a surfer, then a host. But there a other times, where I hope to stay longer at a place and can offer you a cosy couch.

I am not able to remember any negative experience from couchsurfing.

I like music, books, circus, running, hitchhiking, painting, talking, street concerts, plants, baking bread, balance, houses, creative evenings,flow, rivers, questions,laughing.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like books from Henry Miller or Thomas Mann. I like books with curious personalities.

I like a lot of styles: blues, jazz, funk and punk. At the moment I favour Band of Horses and much of the 60´s blues.

Teach, Learn, Share

What I can rather teach you would be practical things as juggling, playing music instruments (ex. guitar),languages or knowledge of my studies.

Let us not just learn or teach, let us create new things, whatever material or mindful. Let us share new experiences, new insights and let us make our own discovery or our own bread!
