"kopi" = coffee with sweet milk
"kopi-o" = black coffee
"kopi-c" = coffee with milk
"teh" = tea with sweet milk
"teh-o" = tea (no milk)
"teh-c" = tea with milk
"(any one of the above drinks) bing" = the iced version of that drink
