I believe that couchsurfing is useful for both (guests and hosts) because there is an exchange of cultures and also you can practice different languages.
For me the better way to know a country is through the local people since you can obtain a deep understanding of the customs.

I think that I am a good guest because I am talkative, I adapt easily to new routines and habits, moreover my behavior is always good.
