Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I really want to meet new people while I'm travelling. Meeting locals and getting a more personal perspective on the city sounds like a better trip than just seeing all the tourist spots.

Interests

I love hiking, cooking, reading, going to outdoor music, and spending hours in museums.

I'm also an energy technology nerd. I want to work on green tech, so I'm really interested in environmental issues and particularly energy.

I love to cook and knit, both skills I can share. I'd always like to learn more things to cook and more about the history of where I'm visiting. While I don't have too many stories myself, sharing stories is a great way to get to know other travelers and hear about new places.
