Overview
About Me
I'm an arctic archaeologist who travels both for work and fun. I've been really lucky to live and work all over Canada. I'll trade you some information about your city for a completely useless factoid?
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I prefer to travel to an area and meet someone local so they can show me why their home is truly lovely. I'm always lucky enough to make new friends when I travel so why not try to find some via CS? My apartment is very small but I do have a comfy couch for crashing!
Interests
Prehistory, anthropology, whales, retro gaming, beer, trivia, wine, pretty much all types of cheese, trying new foods, trying new activities, camping, the arctic. I also do this weird thing called flintknapping and I can teach you if you'd like.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I helped exhume mass graves from the Somali Civil War in order to bring about justice and allow family members to bury the victims.
Teach, Learn, Share
I know a LOT about marine mammals, the Arctic and archaeology and will talk about those things for hours if you let me.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I have a lot of great stories about all the bears that have chased me. Sometimes I wonder how I'm still alive.
I'm new to London but hopefully I'll soon be able to show people around.
