About Me

California born and raised, I completed my bachelors mostly in CA with a year abroad in Accra, Ghana and a semester in Bangalore, India.

After college I moved to rural Oregon and worked as the county foodbank coordinator, bartender, and as a special education and Montessori teacher.

At the end of 2019 I completed a solo road trip through OR, CA, AZ, NM, CO, UT and ID where I slept at friends houses, in my car, and couchsurfed with some fantastic people!

After my state-side road trip, I went to the Philippines to visit a friends family, then went on the Thailand where I WWOOFed on an organic farm and at a momentary, then to India to visit friends from school.

In May of 2022 I traveled to Spain for a friends wedding, then to Italy to explore more beauty and food.

Completed my first 100 mile bike ride in Eugene, OR and second Half Ironman in Boulder, CO in July 2022. Currently settled in Springfield and ready for another adventure! Next up: completing a Marathon in Hawaii this December.

I love traveling, meeting new people, seeing new things, creating new experiences, and eating street food/local food - especially if it’s spicy :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Cliff jumping in Costa Rica

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach English, how to cook, how to brew kombucha... lots of random things. I want to learn all the things and am continually putting myself in new situations and challenging myself to grow. Sharing food is super important to me, so I’d love to share a meal if possible. I can get groceries and we can cook or I’d love to check out your favorite spot in town!
