About Me

Currently I'm working for an HIV services nonprofit in Colorado Springs. Will be starting my Master in Social Welfare at UC Berkeley in August 2021! Interested in pursuing clinical social work as a psychotherapist and serving people experiencing homelessness, people who use drugs, and Latinx communities. Big harm reduction fan!

I'm very open-minded and love discovering new places, new experiences, new things.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm looking for places to live in and around Berkeley for my first year of grad school. I have only couchsurfed once, but it was a great experience! I've heard great things from friends who have both hosted and stayed with other hosts while traveling, and it seems like a great way to meet new people and have more interesting and authentic travel experiences.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Moved across the world to a country in which I had no friends, no job, no home and found a job teaching English :)

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm a 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher so I know a lot about yoga and can lead you in a flow if you like or help you with any poses that challenge you! Also you can practice your English or Spanish with me if you want! And I'm always up for a good intellectual/philosophical conversation.
