My name's Rebecca, a 37-year-old from the UK who quit my 'proper' job towards the end of 2014 for adventure, experience and discovering the things in life I'm passionate about. I've spent the past year travelling and volunteering; working on conservation and development projects in Thailand and Nepal in winter/spring, and back in the UK in summer.

I'm now looking give myself time and space to create more and consume less. I'm hoping to be able to spend some time creating - in whatever way that manifests: writing, photography, film projects etc - in spaces and places that allow me the freedom and inspiration required.

Before this, I was a media producer for 10+ years, working for education companies making content for school children. I'm also a qualified nuclear astrophysicist, having spent the early 2000's playing with particle accelerators and exploring the workings of stars. I've had a solid yoga practice for the last 7 years, and recently I've also become a qualified Reiki practitioner, yoga teacher and Thai massage therapist.
