About Me

Hello everybody,
I'm an italian 30 years old girl, full of energies, eager to know other cultures and to meet new people around the world.
I love travelling and I'm doing my best to not let go any travel opportunity.
I am a young doctor, now living in Rome attending the specialization in Hematology.
I think I could describe myself as a spontaneous person, I like hanging out with friends and laughing a lot.
I have many interests as art, music, literature, history, cinema, medicine and science, culture in general. I like visiting art museums, wondering around cities and admire old buildings, castles and cathedrals, but I like also natural landscapes and nature, walking in the woods, in the countryside, admiring sunsets and breathtaking views, canyoning, hiking in the mountains.
I'm a "crazy cat lady" cause I love cats so much! I like animals in general and I haven't any problems with any host's pets; on the contrary I can take care of your pets if I'm your host while you're at work.
I really love eating and discover every kind of food: italian (I don't eat italian food abroad, though), greek, spanish, mexican, indian, thai, vietnamite, japanese, libanese, turkish... basically everything! I think food is a way to really understand and get in touch with the culture of the place I'm visiting. So when I find someone who cook typical food for me I'm really really glad!
I love also sleeping, I could become very sleepy and a little bit irritable if I don't sleep enough :) but I have no problems with sleeping in any condition: bad mattresses, noises, light...I can sleep everywhere!

CURRENT MISSION
Live (and not survive)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think it's great visiting cities and places with someone who knows where to go and can show me his/her favourite places. It's a way to travel full of opportunities to really get in touch with other cultures.
I cannot host in my city (I'm back living with my parents at the moment) but I hope I could do it in the future.

IMPORTANT: In order to prevent embarassing situations, I am not using Couchsurfing as a sex-surfing, even if I'm travelling alone.
I know it's stupid to specify it, but the purpose of CS is travelling, meeting people and living the culture of the places we're visiting. Sex could happen but is not the purpose.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I like to say that I still have to do or see the most incredible thing of my life :)
Anyway there are some incredible things I have already done:
-Erasmus in Denmark: amazing experience
-Trip to Germany in October 2016: my first trip alone!

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach: I can teach you some italian words, I can share my knowledges about Medicine and science (I don't think you're interested in, though), I can teach how to cook simple italian dishes.

Learn: there's always something to learn in every place I go. Most of all I like to learn some useful words in the local language. I want to learn to say "Cheers" in every language of the world!

Share: we can share interests, food, life experiences and travel stories.
We can share peaceful moments, chill out together and chatting about futilities. We can share silence as well :)

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can offer my energy, my friendship, my italian cooking skills (even if I'm not that good, but I can manage something good for you), sharing my interests with you, telling and listening stories about travelling!
