Overview
About Me
I'm a very spontaneous person and just love to travel and especially to know about different cultures.
I finished high school in 2013 and left home. The greatest part of the time travelling, I stayed in India. It was such an intensive and fascinating experience. I want to know and learn even more about the culture and people and started to learn Hindi now.
After India, I went to Sri Lanka, Thailand, Myanmar and Indonesia and lately spent some time in Portugal and Morocco :)
I really love to see the lives of people in different parts of the world and on the other hand I also realise everytime when I come back to my hometown Berlin how much I like it.
I love strolling around with my bicycle and discover new places. I love multiculturalism. I love nature and arts and good conversations.
I don't like materialism and I clearly oppose any kind of racism or other discrimination based on origin, gender, sexual orientation, class, caste or social background. I often think about political and social issues and developed a critical way of thinking. In my studies I also concentrate a lot about the outcome and aftermath of colonialism.
I want to try to understand different points of view and be respectful towards others.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I had amazing experience in Riga, Latvia staying at couchsurfer's place.Maaany good ones! I really got into couchsurfing with a good friend of mine, when we did a trip through France and Spain. We experienced so much hospitality and met very good people... The same I experienced during all the following trips where I met great friends through couchsurfing. I think it is very special when you meet people whom you didn't know at all before and to realise that they have kind of the same spirit and are willing to exchange and share their thoughts and views and so much more with you.
Couchsurfing is a wonderful invention as it helps improving the understanding between different peoples and it makes possible to learn from each other.
