About Me

ABOUT ME
I'm a 24 year old adventurous post-graduate, originally from Connecticut, who loves scenic road trips, photography, dancing, hiking, laughing, meditation, and yoga. I'm a sucker for a good story, especially one accompanied by a cup of coffee or glass of wine.

PHILOSOPHY

Be Here Now : ). I'm a cheerleader for mindfulness and personal revolutions; committed to growth and change.

MUSIC: The Beatles, Simon & Garfunkel, Jethro Tull, The Shins, Edward Sharpe, Miles Davis and much more. MOVIES: Big Fish, Brick, Blue Valentine, Into the Wild, Eternal Sunshine, Science of Sleep, Trainspotting, Fight Club, more more more. BOOKS: The thought-provoking and insightful kind...anything Alan Watts, The Dharma Bums, Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Traveling across the country, East to West, on a four month long solo road trip.
Camel riding and stargazing in the Negev Desert.
Spending 5 days in silence on a meditation retreat with eighty other humans.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you how to boogie, and get the most out of your digital camera. I'm also into alternative baking, and can teach you how to make some grain or gluten-free desserts. I can also share little things (smiles, insights, and melodramatic haikus about doing the dishes). And I love to learn - I'd especially like to be more musically inclined.
