Overview
About Me
I love travelling and meeting new people who challenge the outlook I have on life. As I have studied Near and Middle Eastern Studies, I naturally spend a lot of time in the Middle East - Morocco, Egypt, Jordan or Palestine, for example. I am always in for the local experience - nothing is worse than hotels or organized tourist groups. The best vacations are the spontaneous ones!
At home I spend a lot of time in the library or out with my dog. I used to go dancing ballroom and latin regularly, but recently I didn't find much time for it unfortunately. I also love cooking, eating and trying out new food.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
As a student and researcher of culture and language, I enjoy very much to get to know different people and be introduced to their culture, background and view on life.
