About Me

CURRENT MISSION

In April will start backpacking throughout South America for 2 months with one of my best buds! My mission in life is to explore, learn, share, eat, and see as much of the world as I can.

ABOUT ME

I am a very happy and outgoing person. I love to meet new people and am always up for new and exciting adventures. Cooking/eating is one of my favorite things to do-I think food is a great way to bring people together and learn about other cultures. But my adventures don't stop in the kitchen; I love hiking and exploring the outdoors. Absorbing the beauty of the outdoors is when I am happiest.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Two years ago I lived abroad and travelled throughout Europe, exploring new cities and meeting new people almost every weekend. In the future when I have my own place I hope to be a host for others.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have couchsurfed four times so far-twice in Granada, Spain, once in Brussels, Belgium, and once in Bergen, Norway. All of these were amazing experiences. The hosts each showed my friend and I all around their respective cities and made us feel welcome in a new and exciting place. I was able to learn about and feel a part of the culture from the sites, to the delicious food.

Music, Movies, and Books

I have a particular love for country music and any music with an acoustic focus because of where I'm from, but I enjoy most music. Although I am not musically talented, I love when people have raw talent, I think it's amazing to be able to play instruments and someday I hope to learn at least a little.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Travelling to and eating my way through a different country almost every weekend while being able to studying in Spain. After graduating from college, I also took off and moved to Chile for 6 months.

Countries I’ve Visited

Argentina, Belgium, Canada, Chile, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Morocco, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden
