CURRENT MISSION
Find joy
ABOUT ME
I love to meet new people and talk about each other's lives and beliefs, or art, cultures and anything under the sky we're interested in.
I wish I could be a part of my own school where we just discuss some chosen topic for the day and discuss it for hours.
I am an art student at Brigham Young University who adores all art and architecture.
I've always wanted a tattoo but just can't get the guts to do it.
Sometimes I go somewhere just to sit and watch people walking by.
I'm a flexitarian (occasionally eat meat) and lactose intolerant.
I'm not a fan of expressions, I just can never get them right.
I love music: listening to it, making it, and especially dancing to it.
I love to learn! More from people, rather than school.
PHILOSOPHY
I want to always look for joy, even when things feel at their worst.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
My couch is open.
I like to meet people who, like me, enjoy traveling and look for adventures.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I couchsurfed with a few hosts in Europe, and hosted once in my house in Provo, Utah. So far, being hosted and hosting was a great experience, and fun getting to know others.
Interests
I have too many interests!
But top 5: I love creating any type of art from painting, recording, and flower design. I LOVE to talk to others about art and their art. It is so inspiring!
I spend most my time working as a florist, but also painting, hiking, and exploring. I like to explore. I love to discover new favorite places, even in the city I live in.
I like to cook tasty food. And I am a flexitarian (I eat meat occasionally). But I LOVE finding new restaurants (yum!) and trying to copy what they made.
I enjoy having "jam" sessions with people when we just sit and play music together.
And lastly, I really enjoy just getting people together to chat and enjoy each other's company.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love watching most films (except Horror). First I can think of to list would be any Wes Anderson films, the Artist, Singing in the Rain, the Seventh Seal, King's Speech, and Amelie.
I love Music. It is too hard to pinpoint to names. But I love contemporary and old 30-90s music the same. Most recent books I've enjoyed are: the Outliers, Devil in the White City, Light Between Oceans, and am reading Beautiful ruins now, and starting Jane Eyre for the first time!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I got to climb the stairs of Angkor Wat a few years ago, and it was an amazing experience.
Teach, Learn, Share
I just want to learn! I don't have much to teach. I'm always willing to share, whether it's a strange story, my attempts at terrible impersonations, or my life beliefs.
