About Me

Hey there,

I used to travel a lot while studying in Netherlands (Groningen and Amsterdam). Traveled for 10 months in 2014 and went on another trip to South America in 2016 for 4 months. Always looking for new adventures!!

Nowadays being a bit more busy with work, but still going on adventures. Panama and Mexico were the latest trips :) I live near cologne right now. Planning on doing a post master education, becoming a certified psychotherapist for children and adolescent. Also kind of a new adventure ;)

PHILOSOPHY
Do not always take the easy road. Embrace challenges, find a goal in which you are willing to invest your time. I like to compare life to the sea turtles living on Hawaii. They always swim with the current. If they swim while the sea is pulling them back, they use up their energy and after a short time, they get really exhausted. If they know how to swim at the right moment, flooding with the current toward the shore, they go forward very easily. Life is always a matter of trust and intuition.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Had some really good experiences in New Zealand, Hawai, Costa Rica, Miami and NYC! :) I´d always prefer to hang out with people who know the place I´m going to. Rather skip the usual touristic stuff if I have the chance to get to know interesting and entertaining people ;)
