Adventuring in Europe or Africa, out in the 'bush', foraging and looking at beautiful things, or at home making soaps, cakes and cooking up creative and colourful meals

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Living in a family of 50 people in Mali, sharing in death and life, and having a newborn baby named after me the day before I left.
Camping in Iceland, where it never got dark, arctic foxes prowled around our tent at night, and we had a hot spring to bathe in in the morning.
