About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Ride bikes, run and take care of dogs, eat healthy, and enjoy every day of increased daylight!

ABOUT ME

Currently I'm handling and training for a small Yukon Quest kennel in northern Sweden with my boyfriend. We are here for the winter and have plans to travel to Rome and then around Scotland a bit before heading home to the US. Not sure what the summer holds yet for us!

Also, I'm training for a fat bike race in Finland in late February. So between feeding, shoveling, and trail clearing, I'm hitting the trail whenever I can under my own leg power.

Normally I sail tall ships. I've been out of it for a year and a half due to dietary and gut issues. I'm pleased to say I can eat most food again and intend to return to sailing before too long! In the meantime, I'm focused on eating healthy and nurturing my gut.

Oh, I'm also the village yoga teacher! I was elected to this when I came to Sweden this fall. I'm not certified, but the ladies kinda told me I had to...so I'd be happy to talk about yoga and maybe learn something from you!
