ABOUT ME

Let's see....I just finished teaching English in Thailand for a year. Now I'm headed for Europa and especially Spain. I want to learn as much about anything and everything as I possibly can in four months. But most especially food. And perhaps wine too. And art is okay too, I guess.

What else? I am from Texas so I have about a million cows and I drink oil for breakfast.

I'm interested in most things. Things (or people) that are especially funny, beautiful, kind, old, unusual, etc., are of particular interest. Also, cheese is a passion of mine. I'd like to open a cheese shop in Texas someday.
