Overview
About Me
CURRENTLY in undergrad at The New School for Urban Studies and Temporary Environments
PAST led workshops in soapbox car building, boat building teacher that has never sailed (well, not *really*), can't swim, worked at an art gallery
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Because spending time with people who call the place I'm visiting home enriches and informs the experience of being somewhere new
Interests
Teaching since age 12 in some capacity or another, and can't separate the goal of access to and celebration of learning from everything I've done- whether it be to craft, knowledge, cultures, teaching and learning methods, or opportunities for honest conversations.
Walking, and also sitting.
Hope to one day live on a houseboat

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I ran a summer day camp this past summer which I nearly doubled in size from last year, remade the schedule for and moved to a new location. Hundreds of kids, a staff of nearly 40 teenagers and skilled artists, and projects GALORE
Teach, Learn, Share
If you have 3+ wheels, wood, and some tools I can help you build a soapbox car
What I Can Share with Hosts
Some laughs, or maybe just some postcards? Groceries? Just kidding, there's lots to share- talking about teaching and making food together
Countries I’ve Visited
France, Germany, Iceland, Panama
Countries I’ve Lived In
Israel, United States
