I'm an English teacher who loves to travel and teach in the Middle East. I'm from a rural area in Pennsylvania, but enjoy all kinds of traveling adventures. I grew up in the area where Amish live. I share the rode with cars, scooters and horse and buggies.

When I travel, I mainly go to places where I know people since I want to live the life of locals. Couchsurfing will allow me to travel to places I don't know people, but will give me an insider/local view because of the connections with the hosts.
