My mission is to support the transformation and growth of myself and others, so that we can feel more connected with one another, with nature, and with life!

ABOUT ME

I'm currently open to all things new in my life, I've been living in an intentional Community in West Virginia for the past six years, running an organic CSA garden, teaching yoga, catering Vegetarian meals, running a private ZB (body-energy work) practice, and giving back to the earth. I have learned huge amounts, and am ready to take off to new places and share my gifts while learning more! If you have a garden that needs tending I would love to help, or i will craft you a special meal...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have been a travelor and host all of my life. As a child in New Zealand we often hosted WWOOFers and international visitors, and I have continued to reach out to my own wide networks as I continue to experience new places. I bring my own sleeping bag, and am comfortable on floors, etc. I am into meeting interesting people, and widening my sense of community.

Interessi

I love to practice yoga, to eat new and interesting food, to walk in nature, climb trees, read good books, listen to music, and spend hours in thoughtful conversation with others. I also enjoy collaborative art... painting or writing or dance... whatever evolves!
