Hello, my name is Rebekka and I started my working holiday in Canada at the end of june 2015.
In my home country Germany I worked for 7 years as child and youth psychotherapist. Although I love my job I felt the urge to travel again and get to know another culture, gain new impressions, learn new abilities and meet new people. I´m very happy that I have this opportunity during my working holidays in beautiful Canada. I´m spontaneous, open-minded, helpful and friendly.

Por que estou no Couchsurfing?

My dear friend Daniela is a longtime member on Couchsurfing. I was lucky to meet up with a lot of couchsurfers during our common travel around Turkey and Israel. I was so impressed by the openess and kindness of the people we met and loved to get to know more about the typical everyday lives of the countries we visited. Now that I´m going to Canada (alone and without Daniela ;)) for 14 month I finally managed to create my own profile.

Interesses

So, what´s interesting about me…. :) I `m an outgoing, open person who loves to be around people and make new experiences. In my free-time I like traveling, hiking, skiing, meeting friends and doing sports (Salsa, Zumba, Workout). I´m also very interested in fashion and sewing my own clothes (although I´m still a beginner). On the other hand I also like to be on my own. I like to read, watch movies and series, listen to music or to take a sauna.
