punk rock, hardcore, ska, reggae, soul and oi! music are at the top of my list. if you're a fan of the Clash and/or the Pogues, our musical tastes will probably mesh pretty well.
i appreciate all types of literature, though i'm a big fan of non-fiction, especially personal accounts of life-changing experiences. i'm well-versed in Shakespeare, but also enjoy modern and post-modern fiction such as James Joyce, Kurt Vonnegut, and Nick Hornby.

i visited Amsterdam and didn't smoke any weed (which is pretty crazy in itself), but walking through the bookshelf into Anne Frank's attic was one of the most amazing and moving experiences of my life.
