About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To travel and meet new people along the way.

ABOUT ME

I like to think of myself as an adventurous person who is just taking one day at a time and enjoying the ride. I have lots of dreams and lots of goals but am also open to whatever comes my way...things change pretty quickly and I think that's pretty cool. Never really know what's next for you.
I graduated from the University of Michigan in 2008 with my BFA in Acting Performance. Then changed directions for a bit and studied nursing for 2 years. I currently work as a cardiac RN and love it. I recently got back into theatre and played Catherine in "Proof" - a role of a lifetime for a young actress. I'm extremely fit and active, big time Crossfitter and triathlete. I love to go camping and hiking, I'm a 3 time marathon runner, and I love to be on the water - kayaking, canoeing, swimming, whatever! I am always in the mood to dance. I love to TRAVEL anywhere and everywhere. I love dogs and have a beagle mix named Ricky. And I LOVE sushi.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've only couchsurfed, technically, one time BUT have slept on loads of couches in my travels. Unfortunately, I'm not in the position to host anyone at this time but would love to hang out with other couchsurfers in the area and meet any visitors to Cincinnati. It's a fun place!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I couchsurfed for the first time in May 2008 for 3 nights in Bruxelles, Belgium. It was a great experience, except that I woke up with an awful ear infection the 2nd morning....that made for an interesting (and painful) day. Sarah, my host, was amazing and took me to a doctor in the city and to the pharmacy to buy meds. And then let me sleep in her apartment all day long... hopefully next time, illness won't be an issue.
