ABOUT ME
I guess I'm your normal sort've guy when considering noones normal. So I'm 18, hence society expects me to know what to do with the rest of my life, but thats kind've hard, so instead I'm travelling, getting to know the world a little so maybe I'll know myself. Still, it helps when you enjoy life, enjoy meeting people, and happen to be so far out of your normal aspect that everything you see and do is new.
PS. I'm vegetarian, but not out to convert anyone.
PHILOSOPHY
I guess I believe in a certain sort of fate. But the thing is that people put too much spin on your life is only going in one direction and that it was chosen for you. I say no, I say every action you make still sets your course, its just that pleasant way of saying some things are meant to be, and some things clearly just aren't. It means you can sleep at night knowing that you've made the right decision because they're all the right one...
The only thing I can really believe is that the guy who would write fate or karma would have one hell of a time doing it.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
When I'm home I'd love to show people around Sydney and give them the general run down of how the place runs. I know how it feels to be in a new city without a tonne of ideas of where to go or what to do, so hopefully a coffee and a greeting can calm a few fears.
Interests
Soccer, first and foremost, but mainly the playing rather than the watching.
Rock-climbing, indoor only so far, but we'll change that someday.
Abseiling, gotta love the rush of a quick free fall.
Acting, we'll put this as a final otherwise I'd go on until next century.

Music, Movies, and Books
Books: Currently I'm in a Ben Elton phase, though I personally loved Phillip Pullman's 'His Dark Materials' trilogy
Movies: 'The Rage in Placid Lake' and 'One perfect day' are home-made favorites, though my kiddy side will always love 'Lilo and Stitch'
Music: anything really, but I'm not a giant fan of rap or r'n'b
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
We were abseiling in the Blue Mountains a year ago and we decided we wanted to have a go on this route which was just across the canyon from Australia's three sisters. Looking down it was a 250metre drop and for a laugh my friends decided I was going first. Gotta say, I'll never forget that first step when you just dangle on the rig that you set up, knowing that you're gonna have a view of the valley that few others in the world will see.
Teach, Learn, Share
If you have nerves of steel I'd love to show you how to abseil, otherwise there is a certain art to bodysurfing which can change the whole feel of the water.
