ABOUT ME

I've lived in SF for 12 years now, which should be close to making me a local. Originally from the east coast, DC area. I'm a freelance videographer which means by day I make videos destined for the Internet (no, not porn). I love to travel and have been lucky to have visited many exotic locales over the past few years. Still have not been to Africa, it's on my short list.

I love the bay area and California living in general. I bike around the city as much as a I can, escape for a hike nearby or down to Big Sur to camp.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm just getting into this, but look forward to hosting surfers on our big RED couch. I'm also up for coffee & helping surfers discover SF. I work for myself and have a fairly flexible schedule, though I do leave town a lot. Also look fordward to meeting hosters in other cities. Pretty much diving in feet first.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm new to this CS thing, but have been intoxicated by the idea of it from friends who can't say enough good things about it. I've slept on plenty of friends' and strangers' couches over the years before discovering CS. I value meeting new people and experiencing the local flavor of places I visit.
