About Me

CURRENT MISSION

My mission is to enjoy my life at the most and have a good time! Aside that, I want to get my head clear about my most desired future ... if found so, I'll pursuit! :D

ABOUT ME

I am a funny, spontaneous, lightly weird (hobbies), sympathetic, endearing, honest, nice cuddle-bear-type guy with a good heart.

PHILOSOPHY

"I'll wear black until i find something darker!" ... Hm ... bringing color into my life: bought some _dark blue_ jeans recently :D

"The world won't go down due to the ozone hole, but due to jerkheads!"

;)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At the moment, I just can't give you a couch, since I moved together with my girlfriend and we started a small family with two kids.
Maybe when they're older. I'm sorry.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've been placed at some family in Israel for a school's exchange for two weeks and it's been great fun and I've felt quite cosy and well!

I've thrice hosted some guys from different BANDS, which had their gigs in the close-by university (those events I did manage and pull up, so this came up handy!) and we had a cheery good time!

Aside that, I twice gave some members of the forum of my favorite band (www.eis-brecher.com) the possibility to save the money for a ho(s)tel and spend it otherwise instead ... though I didn't know these people in person, I still did let them stay here ... And again, it was a jolly good time!

Aside that, I had quite a number of CS-Guests at my place by now and never had a bad thought about that so far.

So I guess, I like the thought of getting to know people.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Looking back, I've seen colleages (and myself) saving peoples lives, as I've worked as an paramedic / emergency medical technician for quite a time.

The AMAZING THING about it is, that in __this very instant__, we all neither realized nor cared for this fact. We just did what had to be done.

But I guess, it's still a thing to be proud of in retrospective!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can cook ;)

Well, it's a start for any good evening, isn't it? As long as you don't expect a bottle of wine dated back to the 1930's going with it, I'm sure to be a formidable host to you considering food & beverages as well as atmosphere and company.

My couch is quite cosy and I had a lot of LONG, good talks there about the most different topics ... as my hobbies and interests are wide-spread, we'll sure find a topic!
