About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To be happy. Essere felice!

ABOUT ME

I live for happiness, good food, and good people. I live for happiness, good food, and good people. I've got an odd sense of humor and a love for all things ridiculous and sincere.

I'm a firm believer in doing what you're passionate for and letting the rest come after, though that's all easier said than done. I'm a theatre and performance artist by career and an educator and locker-of-people-in rooms (ask me about it!) by rent.

I wouldn't call myself radical or Queer but I have an interest and appreciation for all things that are. As I learn about them I learn how to open myself up more and find new ways to respect the world around me.

I recently moved to Philly so I'd love to get to know some more local hang-outs and find out what's up.

PHILOSOPHY

Good food and good people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I haven't couchsurfed using CS a lot, the few times I have, I've made some really great friends. Right now I can't host because my roommates are wary of CS but I'll happily show you around town!

While teaching in Italy last summer I lived with a new family every two weeks. It was an amazing opportunity to build new relationships and see life from a different perspective.

I've also been an avid AirBnB-er throughout Europe, the US, and a little in Korea. I like it because of the more personal relationships that develop with the hosts generally.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Studying in Italy absolutely changed my perspective on life. You can't be surrounded by Tuscan hills and not be an open person.
