ABOUT ME

I had been traveling for a few months and am now back in Victoria. I had been introduced to this site from a guy I met in Amsterdam, great fella from Germany! I love meeting people from all walks of life!
This was my first time over to Europe and I was lucky enough to get to Scotland, Ireland, England, Isle of Man and Netherlands before making my way to Italy.
My heritage is Scottish and Italian, so, I knew that I had to visit these two countries if nothing else.
Most people get to travel in their younger years...I was lucky enough to do it between careers :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've been blessed to meet some amazing people while on my travels...going for dinners, drinking wine, enjoying the scenery and sights.
I only used this site when I went to Italy and all I can say is that the individuals with whom I did meet are some of the best people you could want to cross pathes with (see references)!!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've taken a helicopter ride through the Grand Canyon. Stunning!
Played like a big kid at Disneyland (California).
Enjoyed Tofino during storm season (Vancouver Island), breathtaking!
Overlooked the North Shore in Oahu at sunset and hiked in the Pacific Palisades Park.
