I'm really passionate about science and I hope to learn more about ways to apply computation and community ecology to help improve the lives of others.

I am a curious early career scientist. I like to spend my time reading, watching comedy shows, exploring nature, learning more about computer programming and environmental science.

PHILOSOPHY

I think it best for me to view life as series of lessons. I still haven't learned why is it important for me to learn these lessons, but class isn't over yet.

I have had wonderful couchsurfing experiences with friends. I had exceptional times couchsurfing at friends' homes in Little Rock and Denver.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite movies are: Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon, Nowhere in Africa, and The Illusionist. My Favorite musician groups are: Blue Scholars, Los Pericos, Ana Tijoux, and Bob Marley. I think my favorite books include: The light of other days (Steven Baxter and Arthur Clarke), the Lilith's Brood series (Octavia Butler), The Will to Change (Bell Hooks).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I had the opportunity to visit Buenos Aires and Montevideo.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach some ecology, computer programming basics (python and R), and vegetarian cooking. I'd like to learn more Spanish and environmental science.
