About Me
CURRENT MISSION
My mission is to do remarkable things, meet remarkable people, learn a ton, and have a great time while doing it.
ABOUT ME
I am a 24 year old English teacher living in Berkeley, CA. I am friendly and open, and am always ready to make new friends or catch up with old ones. I love to travel but am living on a shoestring budget. I am a clean, conscientious, and grateful house guest.
PHILOSOPHY
Treat others how you would like to be treated. Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I participate as a guest and would love to finally participate as a host now that I have a place of my own. I try to share my personality and experiences with my hosts and guests while learning from theirs as well.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have couchsurfed extremely successfully in Paris and Bilbao, meeting two wonderful hosts, and am eager to give back to the community in any way I can.
Interests
I love music, cycling, football (soccer), literature, politics, and making new friends.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
One of many amazing things I have done is cycling the Camino de Santiago from St. Jean Pied-de-Port all the way to Cabo Fisterra on the Atlantic Coast of Galicia. I rode by myself and stayed in pilgrim's hostels along the way, meeting many great people and experiencing the Spanish countryside in a really special way. It was my first solo bicyling tour, and it was a really incredible experience for me.
