Overview
About Me
I'm a web developer working in central London and living in Shepherds Bush in the west of the city. As with many Londoners, I enjoy going out in the city, attending bars, meetups and any trendy random activities that happen to be going on. I'm a bit of a tourist in my own city.
Other than that I play a lot of guitar, have a dry sense of humour and am very much into my food.
Although I've met many couchsurfers, I'm just starting to open up my living space to people. I've always enjoyed the opportunity to meet people who are in London for a holiday, and hope to meet a few more.
Although I spend most days at work, I'm usually about for a little while longer with friends of mine in the centre. We all enjoy a drink and meeting new people, so after your day sight-seeing, you're more than welcome to join us.
ABOUT THE PROPERTY
I currently live in a shared house and have a double room to myself. There is a floor with bedding for a single guest to sleep on. My housemates are very friendly people and the property is clean and has a large kitchen and two modern tiled bathrooms.
I only have a single set of keys, so during working days we'd both need to leave the house at the same time (around 8:00am). But hey, you've got a lot of touristy stuff to do during that time, yes?
ABOUT THE AREA
Although you'll probably want to spend most of your time in the centre of London, Shepherds Bush, the area I'm living in is a multicultural area with many culinary delights, a few pubs and most significantly the Westfield Shopping Centre - the largest inner-city Shopping Centre in Europe.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I often meet couchsurfers at events and through friends who are also involved in CS and enjoyed it immensely. I wanted to meet more people this way, so I am opening up my own accommodation to any wayward travelers.
