ABOUT ME

Awareness is the key to good living. I like being in exciting places. The kinds of places where everyone you meet is creating or destroying something. Sunshine, caves, and wild water are important. Farming is amazing if you don't have to do it to earn a living. Tappas is incredible but its a damn shame they only serve it in overpriced restaurants...and its weird when you try to make it yourself and feed it to friends...then it feels like you're just trying to pass off giving your friends a snack tray instead of dinner. I've never learned how to play cards, I hate flying, and I love watching flamenco music...meeting gypsies would be exciting.
I am preparing to graduate into the foreign policy/ sustainable development/ social entrepreneurship world...I have no idea where opportunity will lead. I want to travel the Mediterranean and eventually live in the Caribbean; some place where I can hunt wild goats, spice them with plants from my garden, and cook them over a fire on the beach with people that tell ghost stories about pirates. I enjoy electric blues, thunderstorms, and big dogs. And sometimes bourbon.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

When people tell you the world is getting "worse", this is a good example that they're wrong. Building networks of trust that transcend political, social, racial, and religious boundaries. We can share stories and, more importantly, wisdom. We give what we can, take what we need, and down the road we can pay it forward.
