I like reading, doing a bit of body movement in the morning, being in nature and gardening, Salsa dancing and I love to sing and play guitar (and a bit piano).
I like to care for other people but without losing care for myself! I am in the state of learning!

PHILOSOPHY

Give a little smile. We are here to learn how to love each other, how to make our planet a better place for humans and also animals and nature. There are so many things to experience...

I had some tough years, also with the experience of no home for a longer time and a little cat beside me.

At the moment a lot about shamans, but also about bioenergetic, bodywork, our nervous system, vagus nerve, more literature for helping me in my passion for helping myself and other people to deal with trauma and tension stuff

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Living really close to nature for some years!

I really, really love sunsets and the sky full of stars, wherever I am. Even if I have no f. clue which signs are shown there, but I am evertime like overwhelmed by the beauty of it.
